    You should be able to add multiple participants to the booking (if everyone is attending the same seminar on the same day). For multiple participants attending seminars on different days try booking these separately or using an alternative e-mail address for each booking. Please then e-mail us with the booking reference number(s) and participant e-mail addresses you wish the joining instructions to be sent to, we can then amend the booking.

    You can change your place to a different seminar on a future date. Change requests must be made in writing at least 5 working days prior to the seminar. No changes will be permitted within 5 working days of the seminar.

    Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate from your school may take your place. Notification must be received in writing, in advance, by e-mailing enquiries@isiconsultancy.com quoting your booking reference number. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

    Bookings should be made online and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Your place will be confirmed by email. Payment is also to be made online and if an invoice is requested, a £25 admin fee will be added. A booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.

    To request an invoice e-mail us the name and date of the course along with your school details and participant information, please note that places won’t be held until the invoice is paid. If your place is taken by someone else before the invoice has been paid you will be offered a place on the next available course.
